AG News Catch Up

Hey Everybody! I haven't posted in a while because I've been very busy with homework and Hannah's birthday (which is May 29th in case anyone was wondering). I totally forgot about Who Wore It Best Wednesday and the Kit review which will hopefully be up soon. This will also be a quick update for me and their has been a lot of American Girl news released lately so I decided to do it all in one post.

First of all, American Girl announced the archiving of Ivy, Ruthie, Marie Grace, and Cecile.

This fall, the rest of the historical characters become BeForever, a fresh approach to these American Girl favorites that we’ll reveal in the coming months!

This announcement also included the official announcement of BeForever which is the revamp of the Historical Collection as I explained in the earlier post.

Also announced today was official BeForever book covers:

This is what I found on American Girl's Facebook page.

I also checked out their website and found that they have several new items.
I LOVE this set. It is going on my wish list right now!!

I think this outfit would be pretty cute for Kanani even though it's a little pricey.

These accessories are so cute!

Focus@4: American Girl will make its 2015 Girl of the Year doll a character with a disability. There has not been one that has a disability. The American Girl website, says these limited-edition dolls "give voice to a diverse range of personalities and backgrounds." - Have you ever owned an American Girl Doll? Would you purchase the new Girl of the Year doll for your child? Do you believe there should be more dolls like this one?

This is what was announced on Facebook. GOTY 2015 will definitely have a disability. I don't know about you but I am very excited about this. I am hoping to get her entire collection for Christmas and my birthday.

I hope you all have a great Memorial Day weekend.
